Anat was an active participant in music activities in school and after school, she was enrolled in a Music Conservatory, learning piano in classical music practices. Anat’s passion for singing was always felt and expressed in High School and College choirs.

When Anat’s family immigrated to the USA, back in the early seventies, she continued to pursue her love for music through singing in her College and Community choirs.

Anat graduated with two degrees – one in Israel, at Haifa University, with an English Major and the College of Charleston, SC in the US, in Fine-Arts. Anat works as a Language and Arts teacher, with an emphasis in  musical expressions through Photography and Videography. Through the lens, Anat integrates becoming a part of lyrical and movement expressions.

In addition to musical expression – having originated in Israel – having taught Language and Arts – being a single parent, as a dedicated Mother to her only child, Anat transferred her love of her original heritage of music and love for her country to her daughter. Anat was always a proud to have participated in her school’s music activities, which led to guiding her child’s upbringing with the enrichment of music in the school Marimba band.  She led as First Violin in the Youth Orchestra, school Choir and Youth Symphony. In addition to music inspiration and guidance, Anat participated in volunteering work in Jewish Communities and mainly documented music events in the USA. Her main focus involves building up the core Jewish heritage through music enrichment and education as inspiration and setting an imprint by documenting survivors of the Holocaust, honored to have had the historic opportunities build up strong and loving personal relationships with heroic survivors, and daily through the power of music and photography.
